Who we are
Isaacs Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., LLC is a roofing contractor based at 1129 Commercial Dr, Lexington, KY 40505. You can reach us at (859) 985-9690 or info@isaacsroofing.net. This policy covers the website at www.isaacsroofing.net.
Information you give us
We only collect what you type into our forms. Our inspection request form asks for your name, phone number, address, city and email address. Our contact and employment forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and message.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, quote your work, and carry it out. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. We use Google Analytics for this. It helps us understand which pages are useful and where people run into trouble.
We also record the IP address attached to a form submission. This is used solely to block automated spam and abuse.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Full detail — including what each cookie does and how to turn them off — is in our Cookie Policy.
Third parties
A small number of outside services run on this site or are linked from it:
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement.
- Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page.
- Google Reviews — customer reviews shown on our site.
- Owens Corning — the roof visualizer and design tools we link to.
- EnerBank USA — our financing application, hosted on their own site under their own privacy policy.
When you follow a link to another company's website, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
How long we keep things
Form submissions arrive as email and are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. Anti-spam logs are discarded on a rolling basis.
How we protect your information
This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are delivered over an authenticated connection to our business inbox. Access to that inbox is limited to Isaacs Roofing staff.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner or the controls described in our Cookie Policy. To make a request, email info@isaacsroofing.net or call (859) 985-9690.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging roofing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
